Information for your stay in Truden
Your room will be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. You should arrive by 6 pm; otherwise, we ask you to call and inform us. On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave your room by 10:00 a.m. Since our reception is located at Hotel Ludwigshof, check-in and check-out for all guests take place there.
  • The listed prices are intended per person/day for a minimum stay of 3 days. For a shorter stay, we will provide you with a customized offer.
  • For stays with breakfast included, €15.00 per person per day will be deducted from the half-board rate. Please specify your meal plan when booking – whether you would like bed and breakfast (B&B) or half-board (HB).
  • The tourist tax, which includes the guest card, is €3.00 per person/night (for guests aged 14 and older).
The booking is binding as soon as you have received written confirmation from us by email. Bookings are only accepted in writing, provided you include your full postal address and a telephone number. Once we have confirmed your booking and you have paid a deposit, the booking is binding. Further enquiries, changes and information regarding the booking will only be accepted by email.
Children who stay in their parents’ room receive the following discounts:
  • 0-2 years= -80%
  • 3-10 years= -50%
  • 11-15 years= -30%
At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via credit card or bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.

Terms of cancellation
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.

  • For cancellations made up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be retained..
  • For cancellations within 29 to 10 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
  • For cancellations within 9 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
  • In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
The agreed price includes accommodation, meals, and any other services. If not all booked beds are occupied or canceled, the percentage applies only to the agreed price for the non-occupied or canceled beds. Unused meals, as specified in the booking confirmation, and unused services will not be refunded. Booking changes will only be accepted in writing.
Your four-legged friend is very welcome on request. Please note that pets are not permitted in the dining room, the pool areas or the sunbathing lawns. We charge €20 per pet per day (excluding food). Pets must be kept on a lead throughout the hotel grounds. The Hotel Ludwigshof reserves the right to charge additional cleaning fees if necessary.

Our hotel rooms are cleaned regularly. Our housekeeping team cleans the rooms six days a week; the cleaning service is suspended on one day each week.
If you need extra towels, toiletries, or have any other requests, our front desk will be happy to help you at any time.

The sauna and whirlpool area is available to guests aged 16 and over. Children and teenagers under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter.
The sauna area may be used without swimwear. Our sauna is open daily from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
