Information for your stay in Truden
- Your room will be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. You should arrive by 6 pm; otherwise, we ask you to call and inform us. On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave your room by 10:00 a.m. Since our reception is located at Hotel Ludwigshof, check-in and check-out for all guests take place there.
- The listed prices are intended per person/day for a minimum stay of 3 days. For a shorter stay, we will provide you with a customized offer.
- For stays with breakfast included, €20.00 per person per day will be deducted from the half-board rate. Please specify your meal plan when booking – whether you would like bed and breakfast (B&B) or half-board (HB).
- The tourist tax, which includes the guest card, is €3.00 per person/night (for guests aged 14 and older).
- Your booking is binding as soon as you have received written confirmation from us by e-mail. Reservations will only be accepted in writing, stating the full postal address and a telephone number. After our confirmation and the transfer of the deposit/down payment, your reservation is binding.
- Children who stay in their parents’ room receive the following discounts:
- 0-2 years= -80%
- 3-10 years= -50%
- 11-15 years= -30%

- Sometimes unexpected circumstances arise that unfortunately prevent you from taking a trip or force you to cut it short. To be on the safe side, we recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance. Regardless of your booking, you can still transfer a deposit or purchase insurance at a later date.There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code—however, we grant you the following general cancellation terms:
- Cancellation 29 to 10 days before the start of the vacation: 50% of the booked services will be charged
- Cancellation 9 days or less before the start of the vacation: 100% of the booked services will be charged
- No-show: If the booked rooms are not occupied for the agreed period without prior cancellation, the guest or the person who made the booking is obligated to pay 100% of the agreed total price. The agreed price includes accommodation, meals, and any other services. If not all booked beds are occupied or are canceled, the percentage applies only to the agreed-upon price for the unoccupied or canceled beds.
- Meals not consumed as per the booking confirmation, as well as services not utilized, will not be refunded. Booking changes are accepted only in writing.
- For cancellations made from the time of booking up to 31 days prior to arrival, a processing fee of €50 will be charged.
- Pets are allowed at the Ludwigshof and Luvina hotels only upon request.
- Yes, at Ludwigshof & Luvina, we’re happy to accommodate individual dietary requests. Whether you’re looking for gluten-free, lactose-free, pork-free, or vegetarian dishes, just let us know in advance, and we’ll find the perfect alternative for you.
- Our hotel rooms are cleaned regularly. Our housekeeping team cleans the rooms six days a week; the cleaning service is suspended on one day each week.If you need extra towels, toiletries, or have any other requests, our front desk will be happy to help you at any time.
